Welcome to the 2026-2027 Basketball season! Use this registration link to sign up for the Basketball Clinic only. The clinic is the perfect chance to:

The cost is $170 per child.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the the participant, grant permission to Saint Joseph Saint Thomas Saint John Neumann, its employees, representatives, and authorized agents to photograph, videotape, and/or record my child during camps, clinics, practices, competitions, events, and related activities.
I understand and agree that these photographs, videos, recordings, and other media may be used by Saint Joseph Saint Thomas Saint John Neumann for educational, promotional, recruiting, marketing, social media, website, print publications, digital communications, and other lawful purposes without compensation to me or my child.
I further understand that:
• Images and recordings may be edited, reproduced, published, distributed, or displayed in various media formats.
• I release and hold harmless Saint Joseph Saint Thomas Saint John Neumann, its trustees, officers, employees, coaches, and agents from any claims arising out of the use of such photographs, videos, recordings, or media.
